La scelta di un riduttore \u00e8 sicuramente influenzata dal tipo di servizio della gru, che deve essere determinato e specificato. I modelli di riduttori orizzontali a uno, due e tre stadi tipo HA, HB e HC sono raccomandati per azionamenti di sollevamento e a lunga corsa. I sistemi di apparecchiature verticali a tre stadi tipo VC sono raccomandati per azionamenti a corsa trasversale della gru EOT. La disposizione di montaggio deve essere specificata al momento dell'acquisto dei riduttori.<\/p>\n<p>1. Calcolare il rapporto di riduzione richiesto.<br \/>2. Determinare la potenza necessaria per il motore primario.<br \/>3. Fare riferimento alla tabella delle prestazioni, vedere nella colonna del rapporto e, in base al numero di giri in ingresso, verificare la classificazione orizzontale del riduttore per le varie classi di servizio della gru.<br \/>4. La dimensione dovrebbe essere selezionata in modo che gli HP classificati siano uguali o addirittura superiori agli HP consumati.<\/p>\n<p>ESEMPIO<br \/>1. Selezionare un'unit\u00e0 per trasmettere 9 CV da un motore elettrico a 720 giri\/min per la trasmissione del paranco in una gru di classe II, il rapporto di riduzione richiesto \u00e8 31,50.<br \/>\u00b7 Per l'azionamento del paranco sar\u00e0 adatto un riduttore orizzontale a due stadi tipo HB.<br \/>\u00b7 Inizia a vedere la colonna del rapporto e nella dimensione HB-350, per un rpm di 720 in servizio di classe II, l'HP nominale \u00e8 9,5<br \/>\u00b7 Poich\u00e9 gli HP consumati possono essere 9, la macchina HB-350 risulter\u00e0 adatta.<\/p>\n<p>2.
