50x2000mm Abrasive Sand belt made with "Y" wt cloth.The bonding is resin-over-resin.The grits are tightly pressed on the resin belt that makes it ideal for basic sanding requirements,and longer service life.The friable nature of the grain provides a sharp and consistent cutting edge.Aggressive cutting action due to high temperature treated A/O grain.Excellent for polishing without residue,do not pollute workpiece.Water proof cloth belts are also available for applications where water or water based coolants are used.These60x260mm sanding belt is available in 36 grit, 40 grit, 60 grit, 80 grit, and 120 grit and are the perfect belt for grinding, deburring, sanding or polishing.Customization is acceptable, besides the Zirconia belt, We can also provide Alumina , Ceramic, Silicon carbide, and Calcined Aluminum oxide abrasive belt.
