สังเกต:
1.notice of installation
1.1 แผ่นฐานต้องเรียบและแข็งแรง และต้องยึดด้วยสกรูและกันกระแทกได้
1.2 เพลาเชื่อมต่อของเครื่องยนต์ต้นกำลัง ตัวลดเกียร์ และอุปกรณ์ควบคุมการทำงาน ต้องติดตั้งในแนวแกนเดียวกัน
1.3 ช่วงความคลาดเคลื่อนของเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางของเพลาขาเข้าและขาออกคือ H6 รูของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ (เช่น ข้อต่อ สายพาน-รอก ล้อเฟือง และอื่นๆ) ต้องเข้ากับเพลาอย่างพอดี เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ตลับลูกปืนเสียหายเนื่องจากการประกอบที่หลวมเกินไป
1.4 อุปกรณ์ขับเคลื่อน เช่น เฟืองและเกียร์ ต้องติดตั้งให้ใกล้กับตลับลูกปืน เพื่อลดความเค้นดัดของเพลาแขวน
1.5 ในระหว่างการประกอบมอเตอร์ของตัวลดเกียร์ WPD จำเป็นต้องใช้จาระบีในปริมาณที่เหมาะสมทาที่รูทางเข้าเพลาและร่องลิ่มที่ยังอุ่นอยู่ เพื่อป้องกันการประกอบที่แน่นเกินไปและการเกิดสนิมหลังจากใช้งานเป็นเวลานาน
1.6 When ordering or using all kinds of WPD type, if the motor weight is bigger than the common,supporting set is required.
2. notice of usage
2.1 ก่อนใช้งาน โปรดตรวจสอบอย่างละเอียดว่ารุ่นของตัวลดเกียร์ ระยะทาง อัตราส่วน วิธีการเชื่อมต่อขาเข้า โครงสร้างเพลาส่งออก ทิศทางของเพลาขาเข้าและขาออก และทิศทางการหมุน ตรงตามความต้องการหรือไม่
2.2 According to the requirement of selecting lubricant oil in the product manual. Please fill proper category and brand lubricant.And then screw on the vent-plug, unlock the small cone-plug of vent-plug.Only after doing these, reducer is already for startinh up running.The proper brand and adequate lubricant oil is required, replacing oil in time conforming to the request of product manual is also necessary, especially after using first 100hours, it is required refilling new oil.
2.3 When abnormal circumstances occur, please stop and check reducer per solutions and reasons for faults of reducer(allowable highest oil temperature is 95, under this temperature limit, if oil temperature no more goes up, please let reducer continue running).
